Most mining software asks people to report what happened. Stratos observes what happened, classifies it with AI, links it to video evidence, and makes every number traceable back to the footage that produced it. Where a conventional system produces a supervisor's recollection, Stratos produces ground truth.

No. Stratos feeds your ERP, CMMS, and safety management systems rather than replacing them. We provide the data capture and observation layer. Your existing systems remain the management layer. They work together.

Cameras track equipment and heading activity. We never start with cameras — Phase 1 is mobile only. Camera placement is co-designed with site management. The data almost always shows delays come from logistics and equipment, not crew behaviour. The data defends your crew far more often than it criticises them.

Models are validated against ground truth during baseline. By Week 6, accuracy on primary cycle activities is typically above 94%. Every classification is traceable to a video clip. Confidence scores are shown. Low-confidence events are flagged for human review.

Data ownership remains with you at all times. Contracts include a mandatory data export provision — all records delivered in standard formats (JSON, CSV, PDF) within 30 days of contract end. When the contract ends, your records leave with you. They were always yours.
